Dallas–Fort Worth plumbing
Hot water you can count on. Water you’d actually drink.
Caddie Plumbing installs and repairs water heaters, puts in whole-home water filtration, and handles the everyday plumbing problems in between — done to code, explained in plain English.
Water heaters
Most tank water heaters give out somewhere between 8 and 12 years, and DFW's hard water tends to push them toward the short end. Replace on your schedule, not after the leak.
Tank water heater replacement
Gas or electric, 40 to 75 gallons, matched to your household and the space it lives in — garage, closet or attic. Includes the code items that usually get skipped: expansion tank, drain pan, venting and a working T&P line.
Tankless water heaters
Endless hot water and a unit off the floor. Gas line and venting are sized before we quote, because an undersized gas line is the most common reason a tankless install disappoints.
Water heater repair
No hot water, not enough hot water, a pilot that won't stay lit, popping and rumbling, a leaking valve. We tell you plainly whether a repair makes sense on a heater of that age.
Flush & maintenance
Sediment builds up fast on hard water. An annual flush, anode rod check and T&P test keeps a tank quieter, more efficient and on the job longer.
Water filtration
Most DFW cities disinfect with chloramine, and much of the area's water is hard. Filtration and softening fix the taste, the smell and the scale — once you know what's actually in your water.
Whole-home filtration
One system where the water enters the house, so every tap and shower gets filtered water — not just the kitchen. Carbon media made for chloramine, which most DFW utilities use to disinfect.
Water softeners & scale control
Hard water leaves scale in water heaters, on fixtures and in dishwashers. A softener or a salt-free conditioner, chosen for your actual hardness reading.
Reverse osmosis drinking water
An under-sink RO system for drinking and cooking water, with a dedicated faucet and filters you can change yourself.
Water testing
We test your water before recommending anything. Hardness and chlorine levels differ between cities and even between neighborhoods, and the right system depends on the numbers, not a sales script.
